Hope P. Cromer, MD
Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist
Dr. Hope Cromer has been a practicing psychiatrist in the Greenville, SC area for more than 20 years. She enjoys working with a wide range of ages and has specialty training in the areas of child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry. Dr. Cromer graduated with honors from Clemson University with a B.S. in Biological Sciences. She earned her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. Dr. Cromer then moved to New Orleans, LA to complete her residency training in General Adult Psychiatry through LSU Health Sciences Center and went on to complete a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry where she served as Chief Resident her last year.
Dr. Cromer enjoys working with her patients in a collaborative approach while using her years of training and clinical experience to inform treatment recommendations. Her areas of clinical expertise include the treatment of ADHD in all ages, depression and other forms of mood disorders, and anxiety disorders with particular interest in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
Anthony J. Tridico Jr, MD
Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist
Dr. Anthony Tridico Jr. is a child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist who has been practicing in Greenville, SC for over 20 years. Dr. Tridico was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana where he attended Tulane University before completing his medical degree at Louisiana State University in New Orleans. Dr. Tridico stayed within the LSU system for his general adult psychiatric training as well as completing a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry where he served as chief resident. He was fortunate to train in a program that emphasized both therapy and psychopharmacology providing for a well-balanced approach towards mental health care.
Dr Tridico specializes in both diagnostics and the psychopharmacologic treatment of psychiatric illnesses. To that end, he believes in establishing a working dialogue with an emphasis on active listening and engagement to fully understand what his patient’s need and the symptoms to be addressed.
Pamela von Kleist, LISW-CP
Pamela von Kleist is a Licensed Independent Social Worker in Clinical Practice. Pamela has over 20 years of clinical experience working in both private practices and behavioral health hospitals. Pamela obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the College of Charleston prior to obtaining a Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina. Pamela worked in rape crisis and domestic violence centers for over 16 years. She offers workshops for social workers and other professionals on topics including suicide, domestic violence, sexual assault, mediation, managing anger, and the lure of the psychopath.
Pamela’s practice interests are in the treatment of trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, bipolar disorders, and relationship problems. She is an EMDR ( Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Trained Psychotherapist. Scientific research has established EMDR as effective for the treatment of post-traumatic stress, phobias, panic attacks, sexual and physical abuse, complicated grief, workplace bullying, disturbing memories, and addictions.
Sonya "Mickie" Kalb
Administrative Assistant
Mickie has been working with us for over fifteen years in a variety of roles. She specializes in problem-solving and getting things done for our patients. She’s always ready to assist with prior authorization, scheduling, or billing issues. Mickie can be reached via messaging through the patient portal or phone during regular business hours.
